Nitin, All fixed defects and known issues are listed in the Release Notes document for each release. For example, you will find description of this defect in the section 4 of Release Notes for 1.60 which lists all fixed defects in this release. There is currently no centralized external location where all the open issues are detailed. The defect number would not matter to you (it's an internal defect identifier for us to track the defects).
