Subject: davincifb on DM355

Hi,
Can someone tell me what
is missing to make davincifb work on the DM355 DVEVM (using the git kernel) ?

Here is what I tried:
- I compiled the kernel
with the frame buffer enabled.
- I added the plateform
device “davinci_fb_device” to board-dm355-evm.c as in
board_dm644x-evm.c
- I set the kernel
parameters in U-Boot.

With that, the proble routine of davincifb is called
and executes correctly. The routine ntsc_composite_config()
is also called to enable the composite video output but
there is no video at the output.

“cat /proc/interrupts” shows that
davincifb receives no interrupts.

What is missing ?

Also, how far are we to have a “working/stable”
support for the VPFE ?

Thanks,

Yves
