Hi my fellow comrades,

I am currently having trouble building up a kernel and file system to be
able to burn into flash and run from RAM. We are thinking use initramfs
since it seems to be the easies implementation of this. Furthermore, we
are planning to put our uImage right behind our u-boot image (u-boot
image is at the lower address rang of the RAM). That being said, does
anyone know which direction of the kernel stack is growing on ARM Core?
Does it grow down towards the lower address of the RAM or does it grow
up towards the higher address of the RAM?

By the way, do you guys have any experience on how to map the kernel and
file system on RAM that will further maximizing the usage of it?

Or, perhaps, do any of you know where can I modify the max stack size of
the kernel?

And, for some of you that have successfully built up a kernel and file
system in initramfs, do you mind share you experience or instruction on
how did you do it with me?

Please help.

Thank You.

Cheers,

= Bohao =
