You can find all the necessary patches in the openembedded tree. I worked with dsplink 1.50, dsplink 1.60 and 1.30 with latest kernels. CMEM is the well-behaved child when compared to dsplink. It was always easy to make it work, though I haven't tried latest CMEM.
