I am using Sandisk 8G SDHC card that works fine.
I disable MMC and enable SDIO and PNP when I build the kernel..

Which memory card are you using.
When you compile the kernel, do you need to disable MMC and enable SDIO and PNP.
I am using Sandisk 4G SDHC card with DM6446.
