Hi All,

I am following the below sequence to enter into Deep Sleep Mode:

(1) Put DDR into self refresh
(2) Power down DDR DLL, USB PHY and VDAC PHY
(3) Disable VTP
(4) Power down PLL2 (see details in code example)
(5) Power down PLL1
(6) Go sleep mode

Reverse sequence on wake up
1. Turn on PLL1
2. Turn on PLL2
3. Enable DDR DLL, USB PHY and VDAC PHY
4. Enable DDR clock

5. Bring out off self-refresh.

I am seeing around 20mA (12V supply) still consumed in Deep Sleep Mode.
Do I need to disable anything else before I go to Deep Sleep Mode?

Could anyone please provide your inputs on this?

Thanks a lot in advance for the help.

Best Regards,

Madhavan V.
