When I used function register_chrdev(200, "rtd1100", &rtd1100_fxns) to register a char device to kernel 2.6.30, I can not see /dev/rtd1100 file exist. I had not got any error during calling register_chrdev(.). I don't know why it is. Please help me. Thanks. BR, Jeff
