Hi,
I am working with the MV 5.00 version of linux 2.6.18.
mtd and nand driver are available as module and the nand is detected
correctly.
However, there is a problem at the partitionning stage,
[ 53.330000] cmdlinepart partition parsing not available
[ 53.330000] nand_davinci nand_davinci.0: hardware revision: 2.3
I enabled cmdline partition parsing in the kernel, and it should work
without cmdline partition parsing and create the default partition
contained in the platform data.
Because of this lack of partition, no device is created.
What is wrong with using nand driver as a module ?
