I'm trying to use ffmpeg to capture from the CCDC on mv kernel 2.6.18

I use the command line :

ffmpeg -f video4linux2 -s pal -i /dev/video0 -f vob output.vob

FFmpeg version 0.5, Copyright (c) 2000-2009 Fabrice Bellard, et al.
configuration: --arch=arm --cross-prefix=ccache arm_v5t_le- --enable-shared
 libavutil 49.15. 0 / 49.15. 0
 libavcodec 52.20. 0 / 52.20. 0
 libavformat 52.31. 0 / 52.31. 0
 libavdevice 52. 1. 0 / 52. 1. 0
built on Sep 10 2009 16:14:11, gcc: 4.2.0 (MontaVista 4.2.0-16.0.32.0801914 2008-08-30)
[video4linux2 @ 0x2b360][3]Capabilities: 4000001
[video4linux2 @ 0x2b360]Cannot find a proper format.
/dev/video0: I/O error occurred
Usually that means that input file is truncated and/or corrupted.

but my serial console is outputing :
[ 5739.820000] vpfe ccdc capture vpfe ccdc capture.1: Invalid field format
[ 5739.830000] vpfe ccdc capture vpfe ccdc capture.1: Invalid field format

from the ccdc driver.

Does anyone know how to use ffmpeg or anything infact to capture from the CCDC using v4l2?

Kieran
