Hello,
Linus released v2.6.32-rc1 last week and DaVinci git master is now
updated to that release.
Some misc. changes to the master branch after merging with upstream
- dropped old/unmaintained RTC driver
- merged da830/da850 into a common defconfig: da8xx_omapl_defconfig
- Merged Mark Brown's for-2.6.32 branch which contains some
davinci fixes queued for 2.6.32
I'll now be queing various fixes in a new branch named 'davinci-fixes'
which will be submitted upstream for the 2.6.32-rc series as needed.
Boot testing:
- 'davinci_all_defconfig' on: dm6446, dm355, and dm6467 EVMs
- 'da8xx_omapl_defconfig' on: da830 (with Si rev patch) and da850 EVMs.
Audio tesing:
- dm6446: basic .wav playback using aplay (hp out)
- dm355: basic .wav playback using aplay (hp out, line out)
Also note that the 'temp/asoc' branch is now removed from davinci git
since all those changes are now upstream or queued for upstream and in
the master branch.

P.S. Note that Linus fat-fingered the Makefile change so while the
kernel version and git tag say v2.6.32-rc1, the Makefile
says -rc2.
P.P.S. This was just pushed, and kernel.org mirrors may take some time
to sync.
