hi all i repost this quewstion - I did not get any answer about it. I am using the JPEG encoder from TI. I have wrapped it with a codec server and a codec engine. The codec is opened successfully by the application but the first IMGENC1_control with XDM_SETPARAMS command call never returns. I can see that the VISA_call2 is stuck waiting endlessly for the message queue from the DSP to the ARM to return something, but nothing happens. Any ideas? I checked many times the TCF and the CFG files and they seem OK to me Albert
