Dear flocks, First,nand flash of my board is NAND01GW3B2AZA6E which DaVinciHD EVM Schematics RevF use
Second, I use sfh_dm646x to flash dm6467_297_ubl.bin and u-boot.bin which is from http://arago-project.org/git/people/?p=hemant /u-boot-dm646x.git;a=summary ( http://arago-project.org/git/people/?p=hemant/u-boot-dm646x.git;a=commit;h=cab1855d17d9842117842308f6dc9fa82156d3ee) to nand flash. NOTE:flash all(dm6467_297_ubl.bin and u-boot.bin) to nand flash and then i boot from nand flash( with SW3:1110 ).because i have found some errors when i use older u-boot.bin from git tree above.Fox e,use older u-boot.bin complied from the git. Then i run "nand erase 0xa0000" then the evm cannot boot from nand only print below message: "Booting PSP Boot Loader Starting NAND Copy NAND Boot failed. Starting UART BOOTPSP" But today i use the newest the source code from git:// arago-project.org/git/people/hemant/u-boot-dm646x.git.There is no this problem. Three, i also have found some error on my board with newest version source code . there r one error: DM6467 EVM > nand read 80700000 a0000 200000 NAND read: device 0 offset 0xa0000, size 0x200000 NAND read from offset ffffffff failed 655360 2097152 bytes read: ERROR DM6467 EVM > Last ,so i think there r some bugs in nand flash driver for evm6467 .IS there the right nand flash driver (on git tree) for NAND01GW3B2AZA6E on my board?Also there maybe some hardware problem on my borad.Or i write/read error address to nand? I know other wrong configs may cause the problem. Now i donot have readed the source code because i have the board two days.so i donot know whether there is the driver problem or not.
