Hi,

I have attached kernel configuration file for reference. Can anyone help me
out why I am not able to enable USB in kernel 2.6.32.11?

What am I missing here?

I assume your file system is mounting procfs & usbfs. If not mount them.
Can you check /proc/bus/usb/ directory and file "devices" inside it.
Send devices file here to start with.
