I'm using a DaVinci DM6446 and I also encounter this error. In that case, most of the time I receive a STALL on ep0 and my usb key is blocked. I reproduce the bug very easily with a RT73 Wifi dongle, doing download on the usb key with wget. The bug appears randomly but can be reproduced after 5/10 minutes. It seems to depend on the usb mass storage key. In that case I need to unplug the key( key locked ... blinking) and replug it. Removing the driver do not allow to recover. What do we have to do after a stall? In the documentation, it seems that we can restart without reseting the device but in the musb_host code it exit with -110 (ETIMEDOUT). I'm trying to determine the USB key provider and I will try to come back to you. If this is a problem with my usb key, how can I detect that this key is damaged ? Do you know any PC tool which can help determining it? Best regards.
