Juha, It was exactly the problem. With the memory dump I found this ".<3>Unknown DaVinci JTAG ID 0x1b7d102f" then I changed the variant from 0 to 1 and the board booted.

We have the ZWT package with silicon Rev B, is it have anything to do with this?
