hi
these days i am wondering how to determine the value of CAS latency, when
trying to config the DDR_SDBCR register of DDR control module. where can i get
the exat value. as known , the value can be 2 ,2.5,3,4,5,etc.
i have gone through tmany times he datasheet of spru986b ,which is about the
DDR control module, but have no result. i guess maybe i should check it from
the DDR chip datasheet.
can anyone help me?
