On an OMAP L138 custom board, the USB is used to conect to a SMS95xx (hub usb

The eXar and Freescale are self powered connected from the start of boot and
the usb port is limited to Full Speed.

Both device drivers that talk with the chips return the error -28 when using
the function usb_submit_urb.

If I disconnect and plug again the chip everything work fine.

Anyone have an idea what can cause this problem ?

-28 means -ENOSPC, according to Documentation/usb/error-codes.txt:

-ENOSPC This request would overcommit the usb bandwidth reserved
                for periodic transfers (interrupt, isochronous).

Thanks.
