I suspect Heiko has not made a public branch of his work. Looks like you will have to pull patches from the mailing list. Most of his series would have already made into the mainline. The last patch of his series was adding board support for his board which could not be accepted in the present from. It needs to be reworked based on the DT boot support I submitted.
