Hi All, according to FAQ 2.9 it is suggested to use RSBAC to enable the proper detection of write events - so I tried...
I run gentoo and used the gentoo rsbac ebuild which ist a 2.6.19 kernel. As I dont need RSBAC, I disabled everything besides the Dazuko Policy and now get following error in the kernel log when I boot the system: 0000000012|rsbac_init_debug(): Initializing 0000000013|rsbac_daz_ttl is 86400 0000000014|rsbac_do_init(): reading FD attributes from root dev 0000000015|rsbac_init_daz(): Initializing RSBAC: DAZuko subsystem kobject_add failed for dazuko with -EEXIST, don't try to register things with the same name in the same directory. I also tried building and inserting the module from the dazuko website, it brings up a similar error: kobject_add failed for dazuko with -EEXIST, don't try to register things with the same name in the same directory. [trace snipped] dazuko: loaded, version=2.3.3 I do not use the capability module, so this is not the error. Anybody can help me out ? tia Oliver -- Protect your environment - close windows and adopt a penguin! PGP-Key: 3B2C 8095 A7DF 8BB5 2CFF 8168 CAB7 B0DD 3985 1721
