Hello,
I followed the README file included with the dazuko 2.3.5-pre1 kernel
patch, and receive the following error after patching the kernel and
running 'make' (with or without the dazuko module enabled in .config):
cacraft-desk linux # make
scripts/kconfig/conf -s arch/x86/Kconfig
Using /usr/src/linux-2.6.24-gentoo-r5 as source for kernel
/usr/src/linux-2.6.24-gentoo-5 is not clean, please run 'make
mrproper'
in the '/usr/src/linux-2.6.24-gentoo-5' directory.
make[1]: *** [prepare3] Error 1
make: *** [sub-make] Error 2
I have run 'make mrproper', which has no result. It appears that the
dazuko patch interferes with some sort of kernel source consistency
check on make??
