Since no existing objects will be removed, it will not break anything
relying on these objects today.

New objects cannot be created anymore, right.  Which is the whole point.

Job has pointed out alternatives if people feel they must create an
unauthorized route: object somewhere.  And this really is something
that people need to discuss with their upstream providers how *those*
do filtering, and what needs to be registered where.
