It seems that 82.156.0.0/15 has been transferred from RIPE NCC to APNIC
in 2018.
>From RIPE transfer statistics JSON (*), we can find the following
entry:
{"original_block":"82.156.0.0/15","transferred_blocks":"82.156.0.0/15",
"to_rir":"APNIC","from_organisation":"Euronet Communications
B.V.","date":"16/04/2018","transferType":"POLICY"}
