Is that a blanket rule, covering all possible information?

Forgive me, but I have to ask, because what I am reading here:

   https://support.google.com/legal/answer/10769224?hl=en

suggests certain rather large limitations to this right, as it exists,
under law. In particular, the above reference appears to suggest that
the right does not exist for corporate rather than "natural person"
information, and also, the right, such as it is, under law, would seem
to also be conditioned on the question of whether or not the continued
publication of the information might be in the public interest.

Have they just gotten it wrong?

Regards,
rfg
