Sorry Niall but what is written in ripe-767 is an interpretation of
the
purposes by the members of the DBTF. Part of what they say is based on
the
suggestion I gave them. The actual purpose is defined in the T&C and
is
different to what is written in ripe-767.
Which reads, "Facilitating coordination between network operators
(network problem resolution, outage notification etc.)."
What Randy wrote, quoted further up, seems to me to fall just as
well within the scope of this statement of purpose.
What's your point?
