There used to be and I think still is a FREE tool on the IBM web site called 
'Scriptoria'.  It was built to do move stuff from other db's to DB2.  I've 
successfully used it a few times and it did just what I wanted.  I'm not sure of the 
exact URL but I'm sure it was in the db2 part of http://www.software.ibm.com
