Hi,
Did you take a look at your db2diag.log file? There might be something
more helpful there. That SQL2038N message is certainly cryptic and not
much help at all!

Subject: DB2EUG: Load error, SQL2038N
List,
we are loading a table that have 44G data in UDB V5.2 in AIX. The mechina
have 3G memeroy, table is loaded into its own tablespace and index is
loaded
into index tablespace. We got back a SQL2038N error all the time with
message said 'error "-1" occur during processing'. Does anyone experience
that problem? I should welcome any suggestion.
