Hello all,
I was wondering if someone could help an old mainframe DB2 DBA! We recently
migrated our DB2/390 v5.1 database to DB2 UDB for AIX v6.1. I have to provide a
monthly report to management to show the actual size of the database. I used to
calculate it as the sum of (reclength * card) for all tables in the database
(from SYSIBM.SYSTABLES). I just noticed that reclength is not included in the
SYSCAT.TABLES table. Can someone point me in the right direction to show me how
to report the actual size of the database in our new environment?
