I'm running DB2 UDB 7.1 FP2 on WinNT 4 SP6a. I know that there are tools that do this, but the problem doesn't occur often enough for it to be worthwhile spending $$$ - we use DB2 for data warehousing, so locking / deadlocks isn't a problem we face too often.
