I had the same error.
 Follow the fowllowing script. 

restore db DBNAME user DBID using PASSWORD
  from c:\db2bkp taken at 20010619011521
    to d: into NEWDBNAME with 2 buffers
          buffer 1024 without prompting 
          redirect;     

 set tablespace containers for 0 using (path
"d:\devintra0");
 
 set tablespace containers for 1 using (path
"d:\devintra1");

 set tablespace containers for 2 using (path
"d:\devintra2");
  
 set tablespace containers for 3 using (path
"d:\devintra3");

 restore db DBNAME continue;
