Go to a command line and: db2 list admin node directory You should see the name of xxxxx in there. Then db2admin stop db2stop: db2 uncatalog node xxxxxx Then: DB2 CATALOG [ADMIN] LOCAL NODE yyyyyy SYSTEM yyyyyyy [OSTYPE os-type] [WITH "comment string"] db2admin start db2start db2cc And all should be fine.
