This might work:

Bring the instance down
Deactivate database (if this fails, continue)
Create default 3/2 primary/secondary log files on /tmp  - really small ones
(update db cfg .... )
Bring the instance up
Activate database
Try to connect

I dont know how I could do a such stupid thing; I deleted the primary and
secondary log files of a UDB 6.1 Linux database (the  S0000000x.LOG
files); and the SQLLPATH.TAG file!  No decent backup, I am wondering if
there is a way of fooling DB2 to re-create those log files?

Now when I try to connect the database, this is what I get:
