Hi gurus,
i have more then a doubt.
I have to migrate a whole istance from an old server to another, more
powerful.
The SO is WINNT 4.0.
I'm saving all the necessary instance subdirectories and files whithin the
%DB2PATH%\%DB2ISTANCE%.
I'm asking to me if:
1) These subdirectories and files are really sufficient to restore correctly
the instance on the new server.
2) What is the meaning of directories like "ctrl", "spmlog" and files with
".prf" extension or
where can i find informations about?
