Hi Helen,   why not define the sms tablespace with numerous containers? If the complete table will be 10 GB, I'd suggest having 6 containers to make sure none of the files exceeds the 2 GB limit. But remember: You cannot add new containers to an SMS tablespace as simply as to a DMS (you'll have to do a redirected restore for that), so calculate carefully before defining.
