[DB2EUG] DB2 V8 Fenced SQL Procedures

Hello,

I noticed that the CREATE PROCEDURE command doesn't seem to offer the
option to create fenced SQL procedures, and that procedures I've recently
created in V8 (as opposed to migrating from V7) are not fenced anymore. Is
this right?
