We currently are running DB2 v7.2 on AIX 4.3.3 64-bit in our environment. We are looking to install DB2 v7.2 on AIX 5 64-bit machines.
We're having problems doing this using the media (installation CD's) that we currently have. Our belief is that we need a specific CD for DB2 v7.2 for AIX 5 64-bit, which we do not have. For DB2 v8, these are separate CD's for AIX 4.3.3 64-bit and AIX 5L 64-bit. The DB2 v7.2 CD we have just says AIX 64-bit. Can anybody verify whether or not there are separate CD's for v7.2 for AIX 4.3.3 64-bit and AIX 5L 64-bit?
