Enhancement : Release the database file

By Not releasing the Database file, and thus causing recovery of any database
file that has been opened is at best disconcerting to your standard users, and
at worst renders the application unusable and is certainly inefficient.

Also, another problem that arises from this is that if a database file is
deleted, Open Office still attempts to recover it, and deos so on subsequent
starts.

Another issue is that, once recovered ALL open office files that have been
recovered are opened, hence closing one and then trying to open it again causes
the same recovery process. If you choose not to launch open office
automatically, then once the recovery process has completed, nothing happens,
which is fine on the face of it. However, starting openoffice again, also starts
the very same recovery process.

THe current behaviour, if passed onto the production version, will essentailly
mean that OpenOffice is unsuitable for mass use, especially if a database has
been, created or accessed.

Another issue regarding not releasing the database file, is that for your
average user, who would like to distribute their nice new database, either by
email, or just simply copying it, are not able to do so.
