ABI->HRO:
Functionality in osl seems to be broken: If you try to get the "real name" of a
file with the real ending "*.DBF", but try to reconstrut it from an URL ending
with "*.dbf", retrieving the real name fails.
To reproduce rename [Application
Data\StarOffice8\user\database\biblio\biblio.dbf] to biblio.DBF and open in
swriter via [F4] the database window. In the upper left panel open
Bibliography->Tables, which is then empty, but should show biblio
