------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Feb 9 12:56:57 -0800 2006 ------- producing a view from a query does not run stable. 1. once created a view you can´t rename it 2. deleting a view is possible, but not creating a view with the same name without closing OpenOffice (or reboot your system) 3. A view can´t be edited (only the basis query, later you have the problems see point 1. and 2.) 4. When there is a mistake in a view (can´t specify...) and your database crashes, then you have no chance to get access to your tables.
