reproducible with OOo-devm156 WinXP SP2.
Postgresql 8.1.2
PsqlODBC 8.01.01.02
PgAdmin III (version 1.4.1)
with my tests, values inserted by OOo-dev Base query are perfect shown in OOo
but no in the PgAdmin.
The inverse is true.
When values are inserted by pgAdmin I can only see them (with the squares) using
a sql query. The Table icon, Forms icon and the DataSource Browser (f4) returns
me an error.
