I checked in the patch in cws dba22ui (in a slightly modified form, with a
longer error message, loaded from a localized resource file and not hard-coded
in English).
However, speaking strictly, this does not address the original supporter's
problem: The pre-shipped database still has an encoding ibm850.
fs->tv: is it possible to change the encoding of the shipped Bibliography to
UTF-8? This would require a change in the biblio.dbf and the biblio.odb.
