fs->cd: it isn't the button as I originally assumed, it is the dialog opened by
the button: UnoDialogControl::windowResized does a ImplSetPropertyValues with a
name sequence which is not sorted.
I am uncertain whether fixing windowResized (by simply exchanging the two
names/values) is the more appropriate place, or whether ImplSetPropertyValues
should be changed to automatically sort. Well, toolkit is your's nowadays,
anyway, so it's your decision :)
