The current error message just says s.th. like "Cannot open file". Please extend this message, by using the first statement from the "touchpoint" message. The final message should be something like "Cannot open file. To open, you need the Sun report builder extension." Please use the wording you already implemented (and that has been translated already. Thanks. And sorry for the firedrill.
