cannot be the same result, because you cannot switch in design view if you run
sql directly (i meant, does the sql string work then?) - i am a little bit
confused - what exactly is the problem:
1. by switching into design view you get the sql error => the ui cannot
interprete your sql string
2. your sql string does work over console, but not in oo base (even if you
switch on 'run sql directly') -> sounds like a driver problem
