EnableEntryEditing doesn't exist at the SvtIconChoiceCtrl class. Instead, the
IMPL-class (SvxIconChoiceCtrl_Impl) has a member bEntryEditingEnabled, which it
never initialized. Thus, in most of the cases, it was not 0, thus inplace
editing was enabled for all classes derived/using an SvtIconChoiceCtrl.
The fix is to initialize this member.
Also, funnily the EntryEditingEnabled flag is *not* exposed to the
SvtIconChoiceCtrl, it is only used in the IMPL class. A complete fix would be to
*introduce* the EnableEntryEditing method at the SvtIconChoiceCtrl, and let it
set the SvxIconChoiceCtrl_Impl::bEntryEditingEnabled member.
Well, this latter thing is left for the interested reader :)
Fixed in CWS dba24c.
