Actually, "Page Preview" is grayed out in my 2.2/2.2.1, too. However, in
2.2/2.2.1 printing (either via File/Print or directly) works, while in 2.3,
nothing happens when trying to print.
I consider this regression important enough to target the issue to 2.3.1 -
finally, printing is a basic functionality.
fs->os: I am not sure whether this is the same root cause as the reports which
do not print anymore ...
