Do we agree that we want to have a service which
- gets a source specification (a css.sdb.DataAccessDescriptor)
- a target specification (basically a DataSourceName or DatabaseLocation or
ActiveConnection)
- executes the well-known wizard
- lets the user make all settings as desired
- executes the actual copying when the wizard has been finished
