2007 -------
Currently the toolbar 'Report Controls' also contains shapes ('Basic Shapes',
'Symbol Shapes', 'Block Arrows', 'Flow Charts', 'Callouts', 'Stars'), which are
not used so often in reports. Thus it makes sense to put them into a own toolbar
named "Drawing". This toolbar will be switched off by default.
