oj:

a) the reportdesign module depdns on the jfreereport module, so if you want to
disable that, you need to disable reortdesign, too. Arguably, we could just
remove tha oxt (Java parts building but see further

b) the default *IS* to enable the extension. People who know what they do can
disable it (both modules, with all the consequences)

c) your suject is bogus anyway, it just doesn't get installed probably. the
BUILD_TYPES for *building* it are there but scp2 checks for ENABLE_REPORTDESIGN
== YES, and I bet you don't have ENABLE_REPORTDESIGN set to to YES in your env.
Either set it or change it to != NO.

c) can easily be fixed, the report builder rpt files then will get installed.

Note that this issue only affects the Sun env anyway where you set any env var
manually instead of letting it be done :-)

oj: reassign to you, I don't like touching sun-internal files as I don't have
the chance to test it. Either add a setting for ENABLE_REPORTDESIGN NO to
ssrc680.ini/sooh680.ini or change the conditional to != NO
