Tested w/680M4, XP
REOPENED for following reasons:
When the quickstarter is used the following cases fail.
Open Base file
Open Table dataview
Close Base file
Empty frame of dataview left on screen
Open Base File
Open Query data view
Close Base file
Empty frame for query left on screen
Open Base File
Open Sun Report Builder design mode
Close Base file
Empty frame from Report left on screen
All of the above scenarios work properly if the quickstarter is not running.
Forms and Report Wizard windows close properly without regard to quickstarter
running or not.
I did not create a new Issue as leaving the frame open, does not pass in my
opinion, even if the actual component that was in the frame is closed.
