mh: eh, no.
1) this was caused in 2.4, so the build b reaker should be fixed for 2.4
2) if you read this issue at least onece you'd have seen that this issue talks
about a cws and EIS comment in whcih you would have seen that is is fixed now
(oj just didn't add this issue to the cws and set it to fixed as he is supposed
to).
